1. All Custom Orders from Etsy SilkMari and my blog are one of a kind piece that means that they are unique and never gonna look the same as the photo.
2. You can request a change of colors using one of my Collections hand painting drawings if you don't want it as the same in the photos.
3. Prices are different it depends the larger the scarves and the collection.
4. There is no return or exchanges & cancelations on my Etsy and Weblog.
5. All custom orders need to pay first and then I will start to work on your silk scarves.
6. All custom orders are being in process for 4 weeks, the shipping day is not in this period of handmade process time.
7. If you need the silk scarves for a special day please contact me.
8. All photos from my clients are from their permission to use on my websites and social networks.
9. If you are coming to Puerto Rico and want to see me on the Old San Juan please contact me to tell you when I'm going to be there, I will be happy to see you. For the moment in person, I'm only processing in cash.
