Here we are again with big bad Tropical Storm Rafael ... right there ... to the right of Puerto Rico. Here on the Island just a few clusters of rain showers arriving from the North but nothing unusual. I live in the Metro area and altought I will get the initial rain and gusty winds ... but so far so good. Everything is peaceful just like any other Saturday afternoon. I always say ... the calm before the Storm ... Everything is unpredictable at the moment and so on a high alert mode.
Not so for the rest of the Islands all the way down to South America, they have been under the rain and clouds most of the day.
